ACCEPTABLE ARTWORK

VECTOR ART - EPS, PDF or AI (this is line art, NOT photographic art) with fonts OUTLINED (converted to paths).

RASTER (Bitmap) ART - High resolution TIFF, JPEG, or PSD (200 dpi minimum) at or above actual size. For 4-color process (RGB or CMYK) include at least 1/4“ bleed.

UNACCEPTABLE ARTWORK

We do NOT accept the following:

Web images or low resolution (72 dpi) images that appear jagged. Artwork containing FONTS that are NOT outlined (converted to paths). Anything stapled, folded, clipped, taped, or handwritten on samples.

Art Tips / Details

Guaranteed type size is 10 pt (at ACTUAL ART SIZE).

Outline all fonts / convert to paths.

Avoid thin lines. Minimum line thickness 1 pt at ACTUAL SIZE. Use solid spot colors.

Do NOT forward art. Send art directly from original source.

Specify PMS colors when requesting a color match. If unsure, refer to UNCOATED PMS swatches. We will attempt to match all colors; however, exact matches are NOT guaranteed as all printing is done in CMYK.

Art Charges

$75.00 per hour for any art creation, rebuilding, or clean up. Minor typesetting (15 minutes or less) will be done at no charge. A third revision to your proof will result in an art charge of ¼ hour minimum.

Art on File

customlogoglass.com will keep art on file for a maximum of one year. A new set-up charge may be required for orders after two years. Repeat orders will be moved directly into production.

Software Used

Adobe® Illustrator® CC & lower - File saved as vector EPS, PDF or AI.

Adobe® Photoshop® CC & lower - File saved as 200 dpi (min.)/ JPEG, TIFF, PSD or EPS. (Saved no smaller than actual art size.) Always include 1/4” bleed.

(Microsoft® Word and PowerPoint® documents are NOT ACCEPTED).

Note: You can download templates from our website to ensure your art prints exactly how you want. Lay out your art on the PDF template and send back as a flattened .EPS, .AI, or .PDF to preserve the vector art and template integrity.

ORDERING & POLICIES

Confirmation Process: A confirmation and art layout will be emailed to you at no charge on every new order. Production will not begin until sign-off is received on new orders. Any delays in returning proof may delay your requested ship date.

Customization: Many items can be customized to meet your specific need. Contact your inside Sales Representative for details.

Drop Shipments: Three destinations with no added charge. $9.50 per location thereafter for domestic. $25.00 for international shipments.

Pricing: Due to the uncertainty of import tariffs, please refer to our website for the most current pricing.

Order Changes: All order changes must be in writing.

Rush Service: We are pleased to offer rush service whenever possible. Please call to verify availability.

International Shipments: International Shipments will be Priced out at the time of Order Placement. We will ship via AIR Freight on Smaller Items and SEA Freight on Bigger / Heavier Items.

Pre-production Proofs:

  1. Set-up charges will apply for each pre-production proof requested.
  2. If changes are necessary on the pre-production proof, additional set-up charges may be added.
  3. Pre-production proofs are required on all larger quantity orders 10 and above.
  4. In addition to set-up costs, a pre-production charge may apply.

Return Policy:

  1. Decorated product is not returnable for refund.
  2. Call your CSR for a return authorization number on blank product.
  3. Blank product returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus all incurred freight charges.
  4. Claims must be made within 15 days of Order Receipt.

4-color Process:

  1. Exact color matching is not always possible with this method. For PMS matching, we require coated PMS colors to match.
  2. Colors may vary within the run.
  3. Provide at least 1/4” bleed.
  4. Allow variance of image placement up to 1/8” in all directions.

Trademarks: All logos shown throughout this catalog are the property of the primary trademark holder who controls their distribution.

Sample Policy:

  1. Sample requests generally ship within 48 hours of receipt of order.
  2. Samples of product that list at $10.00 and above will be charged the EQP price of the product plus shipping. 3) Provide preferred method of shipment with your request.
  3. Provide UPS or FedEx shipper number.

Speculative Samples: Set-up charges apply, plus EQP cost of product for the number of samples requested. Please provide shipper number.
